Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the defective product to expedite the process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Return Process

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the product is confirmed to be defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
